I am a clinical therapist dedicated to supporting women through their unique challenges, especially the profound transition to motherhood. As a mom myself, I am deeply passionate about guiding women through this journey to restore confidence and gain clarity along the way.

I believe therapy is part art and part science. My goal is to use evidence-based treatments to provide appropriate frameworks, but tailor them to best suit my client's unique needs. I will draw from my experience and expertise to support and guide you to achieve your goals.
